Rob works across a range of projects and has been responsible for the adaptation and production of the questionnaires for students, headteachers and parents for PISA 2006, 2009 and 2012. He has contributed to a number of other assessment and educational measurement projects with a particular focus on the writing and trialling of cognitive ability tests. His academic background is in psychology, including a Masters degree in Social and Applied Psychology, and before joining the NFER in 2002 he worked with a UK employers’ association and in market research.
