Nalia has been responsible for a number of projects, including an evaluation of an 11-16 Life Skills programme, and is currently managing a local government educational staff workforce survey. She has extensive experience of working on quantitative and qualitative projects and can confidently use a range of methodologies.
Nalia has worked on projects across a range of subject areas for various clients, including the DfE, STEMNET and DfID. She is experienced in collecting data from a range of stakeholders and is confident in using various analysis tools, including MaxQDA and SPSS, and has written a number of reports and research summaries for policy, school and community audiences.
Nalia is currently working on a qualitative evaluation of a Science CPD programme on pupil attainment and engagement, which involves case study visits and interviews with pupils and school staff.
